JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our Business Development Team and operation(s) teams. You'll provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales/onboarding process, ensuring that our customers understand the value and capabilities of our products and/or services.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise
- Possess a deep understanding of our products or services, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
- Work closely with the Business Development Team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops.
- Address customer technical inquiries and concerns.
- Build strong relationships with customers and establish trust.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Assist in the development of sales proposals and presentations.
- Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies.
- Provide technical assistance during the implementation and deployment of our products or services.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in the relevant industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and passion for providing exceptional service.
- Experience in working with Business Development Team(s).
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.
